Russell Rhodes completely blew me away with his service and attention.  I have now gone through three closings and two refinances, one of which fell through with another loan officer, and this by far was the easiest and smoothest transaction I have had, including car purchases.  As a matter of fact, I was jaded and I would even say embittered by the refinance we had attempted at the beginning of the year with that other loan officer.  Russell was always honest and straight forward and never promised anything he could not deliver.  He was able to obtain both a 1st and 2nd mortgage with rates better than we anticipated.  He was quick to forward  requested information to us and was very responsive to questions.  He would email or call or both...whatever was needed!  I would recommend him to anyone needing a new mortgage or refinance.  David & Teresa M.
